AFP Games 2005 Report
Success of the Games was discussed.
- The holding of the games will be annual, there was concern raised in the years that the ANZPES Games are held there may not be as much participation, LR added there are lots of people who cannot travel to these due to family commitments therefore would be worthwhile holding AFP National Games annually.
- Discussion about what could be done better, better timings of each sport (i.e. Basketball and Touch Football not to be held on same day).
- The possibility of keeping Touch Football as the feature event as it was the most successful sport – due to outdoor venue, kids events being held.
