Ceremonial
Ceremonial functions require planning and coordination. Some ceremonies, in particular annual events such as United Nations Day Services and National Police Remembrance Day Services, have the advantage of longer time frames. Other ceremonies such as Police Funerals, need to be planned and conducted within a limited time frame.
The ceremonial functions of the RCT are based on the following:
- Flexible project management templates for ceremonial events
- The utilisation of Ceremonial Support Elements
- Corporate Governances and guidelines covering all elements of ceremonial events
- Education and Awareness strategies.
