- National United Nations Day Service, Canberra
- Police and Service Funerals
- Station openings
- Medal and award ceremonies & investitures
- Attestation and graduation ceremonies
- Other ceremonial events.
Management of each event takes into account:
- Type of event
- Time frame
- Stakeholders
- ‘Best practice’ guidelines
- Support/resources required
- Invitation lists (dignitaries both Government and Service, families, other stakeholders)
- Standard Tactical Plan (Ceremonial Event Plan)
- Tasking & resource matrix
- Costs analysis (budget)
- Post Event Assessment and Debrief.
A Case Officer is allocated to each event and is responsible for its overall coordination.
