Travis Parry: Twenty-six-year-old Adam Dunning from Canberra was shot by a sniper while on a routine patrol in Honiara last December. He's one of 20 officers from Australia and the Pacific killed while on duty in the past year. They'll be remembered at services across the country and the Pacific region today. The ACT Police Chief Audrey Fagan says Mr Dunning was a special man.
Audrey Fagan: He was an exemplary colleague and dedicated young Australian who was well respected and paid the ultimate sacrifice.
Travis Parry: In Canberra, hundreds of people including the Federal Police Commissioner Mick Keelty will attend the service at St Christopher's Cathedral in Manuka starting at 10 o'clock after a parade march from Barton.
