Kingston assault; alleged offender arrested

ACT Policing has arrested and charged a 21-year-old Stirling man in relation to an alleged assault which occurred at the Holy Grail Restaurant and Wine Bar, Kingston on Sunday, August 24.

The alleged offender handed himself into City Police Station on Sunday, August 24. He was arrested and charged with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was bailed from the Regional City Watch house to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday, September 5.

The 39-year-old male victim remains in the Canberra Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
